When we first decided to decorate in cottage style, I began to pick up little accessories that I thought would make the rooms more interesting. One of these was a bell jar - a beautiful domed glass made originally to be used in laboratories with vacuums but used in decor to display beautiful objects. So far in this first year in our home we have used it to display seashells, plants, and once, even tangle of fern leaves from outside. But I knew I wasn't using ours to it's full potential so here are the results of my inspiration search. Not sure yet what we'll do, but we're thinking about it.
